IQ Inc. is looking to fill a Microsoft Platform Team Leader position.  This is a great opportunity for a senior level software developer who is looking for a leadership role. 

 

Requirements:

10+ years experience in all phases of applications software development and maintenance life cycles

7+ years Web development (VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET and IIS) experience

7+ years Web design (HTML, Javascript, CSS) experience

5+ years Microsoft SQL Server experience

Premium Microsoft Certification:  MCSD, MCDBA, MCAD, MCSE

Proven success with Sharepoint Portal Server

Strong proven initiative to investigate and learn new technologies

Excellent oral, written, and listening skills to effectively communicate on technical topics

 

Responsibilities:

Lead complex, cross-functional software projects

Strategic development

Participate in and direct the analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation and installation activities

Assist management in the review and evaluation of team and team members

Train and review technical work of team members

Issue/problem resolution

Prepare and deliver briefings on technologies
