IQ is looking for an Automated Test Developer.  The successful candidate will be proficient in all facets of software testing.  You must have the ability to work as a member of a team, as well as be independently responsible.

Requirements:

Solid understanding of testing principals, concepts and testing types (functional, regression, performance, etc)

Proficient in writing automated testing code

Competency in code development in C# and/or Java

Familiar with SDLC, Agile and testing lifecycles

Experience with MS SQL Server 2005/2008 and familiarity with writing T-SQL queries

Embedded systems experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering

4 years hands on software testing

Medical device development and exposure to the documentation practices of a regulated industry are a plus

Responsibilities:

Effectively utilize engineering skills to develop and validate automated test tools and equipment

Early identification of issues and independent problem solving

Design, write and execute test plans and procedures

Adapt to process related changes and suggest methods to optimize processes

Collaboration with team members as well as other teams

Active participation in required meetings
